Product Description
Following EU Guidelines we suggest our Shakes are mixed with skimmed or unsweetened soy milk. However, with our Flexible Option you can choose – if you prefer lower calories/mild ketosis you can still mix our products with water for a ‘fortified meal’ (25% RI of essential vitamins and minerals)
- Flexible Calorie Option – 122kcal with water/ 210 kcal with skimmed milk
- Add a minimum of 250ml skim milk or 200-250ml of cold water to a jug/blender
- Add your chosen flavoured sachet
- Blend with either an electric blender, whisk or blending bottle until frothy
- Serve & consume within 10 minutes for best results
