Our creamy Mushroom Soup is a great choice with a healthy mix of high quality protein, fats, fibre, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals helping you to remain healthy whilst you successfully lose weight and satisfy your cravings. A great source of fibre, free from Palm Oil and packed with protein to help satisfy your hunger. Best mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soy milk, but if preferred can be mixed with water for a light fortified diet soup (125 calories -12.2g Carbs) with a minimum of 25% of 20+ vitamins & minerals added and per sachet*.
