Nutritional information below is based on mixing with 250ml of skimmed milk

Product Description
Following EU Guidelines we suggest our Shakes are mixed with skimmed or unsweetened soy milk. However, if you prefer lower calories/mild ketosis you can still mix our products with water for a ‘fortified meal’ (25% RI of essential vitamins and minerals)
- Flexible Calorie Option – 125kcal with water/ 206 kcal with skimmed milk
- Add 250ml skim milk to a jug/blender or 200-250ml of cold water
- Add your chosen flavoured sachet
- Blend with either an electric blender, whisk or blending bottle until frothy
- Serve & consume within 10 minutes for best results
